Something slip-covered, something leather or something with loose cushions. Something timeless, something with a little pop and something kinda statement-y. This was my loose criteria when deciding on a new chair for our home office space. You see, our home office space is just that; a space. It’s in a prominent and highly trafficked area just off ....Continue reading….
I should have titled this post “My Slightly (or not so slightly) Weird and/or Crazy Out of Desperation Experiment on How to Keep a (bleep-ing) Rug to Say In Place on Carpet” though that seemed a little excessive so for now I’ll stick to my neatly summarized one. You may remember I was in a bit of a pickle over finding some appropriate cabinetry. The restrictive proportions of the space teamed with our ....Continue reading….
Suffice to say it was a fair exchange, though for us, gaining Charlotte meant losing our “computer room”. I know calling it a “home office” or “study” would sound more official, though with the majority of time spent in there going toward online shopping, e-stalking and maybe shooting the occasional virtual bad guy (hubby, not me) a ....Continue reading….
